This man was, incidentally, once a respected and elected local government councillor for his area,who just happened to be a practising witch in his spare time. He helped arrange a giant inflated Santa Claus to fly above City Hall one Christmas, or should I say Yule? Anyway, that question regarding dust really is part of The Orb Files'.
